Desert Storm

I forgot to mention in my last post ... We actually saw a thunderstorm in the desert.  Lightening and all.  Got a few pics but nothing special.  Just kept thinking only I could find a desert thunderstorm.  Then noticed all these places that had washes.. was glad the storm was in the distance and not on top of us.  We might have been "washed" away!

Just to clarify.. Mother took these as I was driving.  We really wanted a photo of a lightening strike but I'm afraid I'll need a much better camera than what I currently have!
